Hi! I’m Sandra, and occasionally I come across ideas for healthy living I’d like to share with everyone. I figured I would try starting a blog, so here I am. I hope you enjoy some of my findings and suggestions. I have dealt with back pain, knee pain, and recurrent foot pain in the past. I have tried many different treatments for these conditions, and I think I may be able to help others who suffer from these conditions. I’m also trying to run 21,000 miles before I turn 50!
